Changing your plan
Open your service in the portal and choose Change plan. We adjust your hosting account and let you know when it is done. The new price applies from your next invoice.
Moving to a smaller plan only works if your website and email fit within that plan's storage and limits.
Cancelling
Choose Cancel hosting on the service page. Your hosting stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Payments already made are not refunded.
Before your hosting ends, make sure you have your own copy of your website files and email. You can withdraw a cancellation any time before the period ends.
