If you registered or transferred your domain with us, we set this up for you. If your domain is registered with another company, you need to point it at your hosting.
Find your nameservers
Once your hosting is set up, open the service in your portal. The Access details section lists the nameservers to use. Your domain page shows them too.
Change them at your domain provider
Sign in to the company where your domain is registered, find the DNS or nameserver settings for the domain, and replace the existing nameservers with ours.
How long it takes
Changes can take some hours to reach everyone on the internet. During that time some people may still see your old website.
Using email somewhere else?
If your email is hosted with another company, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, changing nameservers can affect it. Open a support ticket before you change anything and we will make sure your email records are copied across.
Did this solve your problem?
If not, open a support ticket and tell us what you are trying to do.
