Paying monthly with a debit order or recurring payment

If you pay for hosting monthly, a recurring payment means you never have to remember to pay.

Set it up in your banking app

Most South African banking apps let you create a recurring payment or scheduled payment to a beneficiary.

1. Add our account as a beneficiary, using the bank details on your invoice.
2. Choose a monthly recurring payment for your plan amount.
3. Pick a date a few days before your invoice due date.
4. Use your client reference as the payment reference. You can find it on the Billing page in your portal (it looks like SHC10001) and it stays the same every month.

Things to keep in mind

• You control the recurring payment and can stop or change it in your banking app at any time.
• If you change plans, update the amount to match your new invoice.
• If an amount does not match an invoice, we will contact you.
